i have really frizzy hair also... one thing i realized works, is DO NOT DRY IT WITH A TOWEL... all the little nooks and stuff makes ur hair seperate.. instead u should comb it right away and use a tee shirt to dry it... this will help absorb the water without all the friction of the towel.. dont rub it dry... just wrap it and let it sit... also.. if u are blow drying it.. use a heat prtectant and a metal brush... the metal will help to smooth it

carmex for the lips and get the sunsilk for frizzy hair..they have this conditioner like balm you put on and its amazing..i 've got long super curly hair and its keeps it tamed all day..and it conditions ...its not all that exspensive either...good luck! maybe try using a chi and straightening your hair...

Shave your head completely and let it regrow. Also, try carmex, and don't lick your lips at all.

Is it curly as well? Try the Redkin line (I use fresh curls, no frizz). Also try not washing your hair every day if it's really damaged.

For your frizzy hair I've found Biosilk (comes in a spray or drops) to be useful plus it smells so good. You can get it at any beauty supply store. Sally's, Mally's. It's more on the expensive side but as long as you use it the way your supposed to it willl last forever. And for the lips i use soft lips in the winter and I live in Michigan, makes them kissably soft..

For the lips, try burt bees lip balm, its strawberry flavored and tastes yummy, and is made with all natural products and is really great b/c i had the same problem and it worked really well for me. you can buy it at walgreens and walmart i know for sure. for hair i suggest aussie products like their hair gel products. they don't make your hair hard but sculps your hair and lets it defrizz naturally and it smells good!!!
