I would like to know whether aloe vera skin gel can be applied on the hair too? The one I have is by the company lifestream and 96% aloevera

The big lie is; "Human skin and hair are capable of absorbing nutrients."

This is not true. Your hair is a dead string of protien. The only live part is the root which takes its nutrients from your blood.

Aloe vera is a cactus whose sap has curitive properties.

It will help your body to heal cuts and burns faster. It's good for your skin only if your skin has something wrong with it. Normal skin is several layers of dead dermal cells. The gel makes the skin feel better because it fills in all the pores and adds a residue of oil to make your skin feel smoother. It's actually causing some harm because your skin loses its ability to expel toxins because its pores are filled with gel.

I would NOT put it in my hair. Your just going to cause problems with your scalp.

No, not unless it says on the gel that you can use it on your hair.

I know it is used in make up, cosmetics, and health products.

I wouldn't do it, unless it's specifically for hair. My mom used to use fresh ones though, supposed to make your hair thicker and healthier.

Well, it won't hurt your hair, but I'm not sure that it will do anything positive.
