My hair is naturally wavey. to get me hair somewhat curly i put gel and hairspray in my hair WHILE my hair is still wet... what should I do to get those curls like they have on t.v?!?!

i would suggest you try pantene pro-v shampoo and conditoner. make sure it says hydrating curls on the bottle. you can get 99% more curl definiton in one day. and it moisturizes curly and wavy hair to tame frizz. i have curly hair and it works great with me! you still need to keep up your process of gel and hairspray though. just make sure that you wash your hair at night, because it can give u split ends if you leave it in.

condition the hair with a heavy protein conditioner
the use holding mouse with a low alcohol content, like paul mitchell
or products made for black hair work too, like dark%26amp;lovely

do you want hard curls or natural looking curls? for hard wet looking crunchy curls i use fructis hard curls (i think that's what it's called). my hair is really big though so i spray on a bunch of herbal essences spray gel which makes it look kinda wet and not as big. it's pretty un-frizzy but by the end of the day there is some, i'm still trying to figure out how to avoid that...natural looking curls? any creme based curl stuff i'm thinkin.
