my hair is pretty thick and wavy..and it gets tangled very EASILY..and if i dont put anything in my hair..it looks horrible and poofy..ive tried grease..it makes my hair sticky..ive tried mouse and gel and it makes my hair even worse..what should i do? and most of the shampoo and cond. i try it makes my hair tangled and my hair fall off a bit..what kinda products are good for me??

2. Brush your hair after you get out of the shower and let it air-dry.

I like Paul Mitchell The Conditioner, it is the blue leave in conditioner. it works very well, you can also use it to shave with it will leave your legs silky soft.

I have the same problem. I use a smoothing serum or John Frieda's Frizz Ease. This might sound odd, but in the summer when I get a lot of friz and tamgles, I carry a bottle of an anti-tangle spray that you find in the kids shampoo area. Johnson and Johnson make a great one called No More Tangles.

i have the same type of hair, try AUSSIE MOIST shampoo and conditioner, and once a week, you can also use aussie 3 minute miracle, it works miracles, and stay away from the blow dryer, and other hot irons, they damage the hair too, and i use very little hair spray, but when i do, i use Rave 4. it holds and its not sticky, you can run your fingers thru your hair, and it goes right back the way you had it, good luck,

i use garnier fructise:sleek and shine shampoo and conditioner. Then i put in a garnier fructise leave in conditioner. Then i put in Biosilk:Silk Therapy. My hair is kind of like yours but culrly rather than wavy. and these products help my hair a ton. hope this works!

It's not about the shampoo/conditioner...it's about the product afterward. Use a shine serum with cyclomethicone... almost every brand makes one. Look for a thick, clear, almost oily liquid and use as much as you need to make your hair sleek and shiny. It will not make your hair "poofy"...we hate that!
