Should I put on leave-in conditioner or somethin'. I don't want to use gel anymore, it makes my hair hard.

If you use conditioner at least twice a week, that will not only make it healthier, but also softer. Also, if you don't want to use gel, but do need some type of styling product, Aussie has a mousse/leave in conditioner. That makes hair soft, too. Hope this helps!
